Staying at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Miami cruise port and surrounded by breathtaking bay views that seem to stretch forever. The hotel’s signature MO elegance shines through every detail, from the design to the impeccable service. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One small disappointment? We didn’t get our hands on the iconic Miami fan souvenir—still bummed about that! But overall, this stay was pure luxury and well worth every penny. Would return in a heartbeat.

The only downside was the washing machine and stove not working properly, which left us a bit stranded for laundry and cooking. However, we managed to work around it without too much hassle. Despite that small issue, the overall quality of the hotel made it a fantastic choice, and I’d definitely book again.

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this motel, but I found it to be a pleasant and clean place to stay. While it's not a luxury hotel, the room and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. One nice perk is a cozy coffee shop just a block away, located inside a Chevron gas station—perfect for a morning pick-me-up. The location is convenient, and I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m in Miami.
