Stayed in three hotels in Hollywood, and this one truly stands out as the best. I stayed for over ten days in a Pool Club room, and it was an absolute delight. The moment you step out of your room, you're greeted by the serene pool area—perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying a cool drink at the poolside bar in the evening. Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient: just a short walk to major attractions and surrounded by great dining options. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness and overall service quality are top-notch. From the ambiance to the attention to detail, every aspect feels premium. I’d definitely come back here on my next visit to Los Angeles—it’s hard to beat for comfort, style, and value.

The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant design and top-notch amenities. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, always going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. And the on-site bar? One of the best in all of Los Angeles—perfect for a relaxing evening drink with a view. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of convenience, luxury, and hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.

Level Los Angeles - Downtown South Olive

Work trip turned into an unexpected highlight—this stay was even better than a vacation. Located right in the heart of downtown, everything is within easy reach, whether by foot or public transit. The view from the room of the city skyline at night is absolutely breathtaking and something you shouldn’t miss. I was disappointed I couldn’t use the pool due to the cooler weather, but it’s already on my list to come back just for that. The atmosphere, comfort, and convenience make this place stand out. Highly recommend for both business travelers and those looking for a relaxing urban escape.

Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City

Staying at the Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is just a short 10-minute walk from Universal Studios, and while there’s also a shuttle service available, walking is quick and convenient. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and satisfying—and dinner at the on-site café was equally enjoyable. That said, I was surprised by the $20 fee to use the microwave in the room. It felt a bit unexpected, almost as if they’re discouraging guests from bringing in their own food and pushing them toward dining at the hotel’s restaurant instead. Still, that minor downside doesn’t take away from the overall quality. The hotel feels safe, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for a family vacation. The location is unbeatable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you're visiting Universal Studios, this is definitely one of the best places to stay, and despite the microwave charge, we’d stay here again without hesitation.
