The hotel is absolutely excellent! The room was spotless and well-appointed, offering great value for the price. Staying right next to Zhongshan Park made our experience even more enjoyable—waking up to peaceful greenery and a refreshing morning walk was perfect. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance, plus a shopping mall nearby. The location is ideal for exploring the city with ease. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We originally booked this property, but about two weeks before check-in, they informed us that the room was unavailable. Instead of leaving us stranded, they smoothly transferred us to their sister hotel, Owen House by Habyt (formerly Hmlet), with no extra cost or hassle—truly impressive customer care. The facilities are excellent: even after checkout, we were able to store our luggage at the front desk, which allowed us to enjoy a late lunch and return later without rushing. The cleanliness is top-notch—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What really stood out was the service. From day one, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we encountered an issue with our deposit, they resolved it quickly and professionally. Throughout our two-night stay, every team member we interacted with showed genuine warmth and attention. I loved having my own fridge, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, dishes, cutlery, kitchen paper, and even dish soap and a personal sponge—perfect for self-catering and keeping things clean. Free laundry detergent and a dryer were a huge plus for longer stays. The bed setup was excellent: two pillows with great support and a clean, fresh-smelling blanket that made for a restful night’s sleep. While the soundproofing isn’t perfect, it didn’t affect my enjoyment at all—just adds to the authentic urban vibe. Located just steps from Arab Street, it’s super convenient for exploring Singapore on foot or by MRT. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort, convenience, and a home-away-from-home feel.
