When I arrived early, they managed to check me in immediately if a room was available (which it was!), and every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. Their warm smiles and thoughtful touches, like fresh welcome fruit that was sweet and delicious, made a real difference. One of the biggest surprises? They provide free tide-pooling gear! With the electric cart taking you straight to the beach entrance, I was able to head down and explore the tidal pools without any hassle. One minor downside was that the spa couldn’t accommodate two guests at the same time—an odd limitation since we’ve experienced flexibility at other hotels.
