Staying at Redoz Plus Nhan Hoa Hotel was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short metro ride into the heart of Hanoi, with plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for the price. The bed was comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The hotel’s common areas were clean and thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and even helped me book a recommended local dining spot. Everything from facilities to cleanliness and service hit top marks. With such great value and a warm, homely vibe, this place deserves every bit of its 10/10 rating. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Hanoi.

I stayed at Mia Sen VONG Hotel in Hanoi and overall had a positive experience—great location, just a short metro ride from the city center. However, there was one disappointment: I was promised a room with a window when booking, but it wasn’t available upon check-in, and I had to pay extra to upgrade. That felt a bit unfair. Also, even though the minibar was charged, there was no menu provided—no way to know what was available or how much things cost. It made using the service frustrating. The hotel has good potential, especially with its value-for-money pricing, but a few small improvements in communication and guest convenience would make a big difference. Would consider returning if these issues were addressed.
