Staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh was an exceptional experience overall. The location is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed—especially the bed, which made for a truly restful night’s sleep. The only downside was the extremely dry climate, which caused a bit of nosebleeding during our stay. However, the hotel provided a humidifier in the room, showing their effort to address the issue. Despite that minor inconvenience, the comfort, amenities, and attention to detail made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Riyadh—definitely planning to return.

That said, if you’re planning a longer stay, I’d recommend opting for a room facing the road instead. Natural daylight fills the space more generously, creating a brighter and more inviting atmosphere. Overall, the hotel delivers an excellent experience—clean, well-maintained, and centrally located. It’s just a short ride to downtown via metro, making it super convenient. The staff are friendly, the amenities are top-notch, and the value for money is hard to beat. Definitely coming back next time.

However, the rooms themselves are nothing special—basic furnishings with outdated amenities. The TV and washing machine look like they’ve seen better days. The view from the room? It’s directly facing a 24/7 construction site, which means constant noise throughout the day and night. Combined with poor sound insulation, it can be really frustrating—especially if you’re sensitive to noise. I found it hard to relax after just two nights. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this isn’t the place. Not recommended for travelers who value a restful stay.

Overall, the experience fell short of basic expectations and I definitely won’t be returning.

While it's conveniently located near the city center and close to public transit, the room condition and cleanliness were below expectations. If you're only looking for a basic stay with easy access to transportation, it might work as a short-term option, but if comfort and quality matter to you, I'd recommend checking out other accommodations in Riyadh.
