I tried the breakfast for the first time during this stay, and it was absolutely outstanding—diverse, delicious, and well-organized. However, the rooms themselves are nothing special—basic furnishings with outdated amenities. The TV and washing machine look like they’ve seen better days. The view from the room? It’s directly facing a 24/7 construction site, which means constant noise throughout the day and night. Combined with poor sound insulation, it can be really frustrating—especially if you’re sensitive to noise. I found it hard to relax after just two nights. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this isn’t the place. Not recommended for travelers who value a restful stay.

If you're only looking for a basic stay with easy access to transportation, it might work as a short-term option, but if comfort and quality matter to you, I'd recommend checking out other accommodations in Riyadh.

To make matters worse, there’s literally no restaurant or food option nearby. I had to walk far just to grab a bite.
