My personal concierge, Silvia, went above and beyond—she reached out before my arrival to discuss my itinerary and even upgraded me to a lakeside room without any extra charge. While the weather wasn’t perfect during my visit, the view from the window still offered a serene and beautiful outlook over the lake. The hotel’s interior design stands out compared to other luxury properties in the same category—more refined, modern, and thoughtfully detailed. A peaceful stroll through the park instantly lifts your mood. The staff were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful—small touches like makeup remover wipes made the stay feel extra comfortable. Breakfast included local favorites such as hot dry noodles and doupi, both delicious and authentic. A few minutes away, you’ll find more street vendors selling hot dry noodles and fresh fruit along the path toward Hubei Museum. It’s such a convenient and vibrant neighborhood. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, made for a truly relaxing and memorable experience. I’d definitely come back.

She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit.
