My mom was absolutely delighted—it was such a thoughtful addition, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps this program alive. Service quality was outstanding throughout: warm welcome at check-in, dedicated staff operating elevators on every floor, and even personnel on duty at the lobby after midnight. On my birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, a delicious cake (which was seriously one of the best I’ve ever had!), and Zoe personally helped carry my luggage up to the room.
