A special thanks to front desk manager Barton and the staff at the Executive Lounge (Langham Club), especially Irene—their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. From personalized recommendations to seamless assistance throughout our visit, they went above and beyond. It felt like home away from home. We’ll definitely be back whenever we return to Guangzhou.

I stayed here for a concert in Guangzhou, and the location was super convenient—just four metro stops from University Town North Station. It’s about a 5- to 10-minute walk from the exit, which made getting to the hotel easy even with luggage. The hotel’s interior design is truly impressive—richly decorated with a classic style that gives it a luxurious, elegant vibe from the moment you step in. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. I loved the attention to detail in the furnishings and the comfortable bed, which made for a great night’s sleep. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the value for money really stood out. I’d definitely come back here on my next visit to Guangzhou.

Choosing a hotel always comes down to location, service quality, and amenities—and this Grand International Hotel absolutely nails it. Located just steps away from Tianhe Sports Center and Zhengjia Plaza, I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient spot. Everything is within walking distance: shopping, dining, and even public transit is just a few minutes away. The staff went above and beyond—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. They even upgraded us to a spacious one-bedroom suite at no extra cost, which made our stay so much more comfortable, especially with family. Room facilities were modern and well-maintained, with complimentary fruits and refreshments provided daily. The atmosphere is clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed. It’s rare to find such a high level of comfort and value in one package. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I visit Guangzhou.

Staying at The Westin Pazhou in Guangzhou was an absolutely fantastic experience. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, especially the Heavenly Bed—so soft and supportive that I slept like a baby. They upgraded me to a high-floor riverside view room, and the panoramic views of the Pearl River were breathtaking. Waking up to that view was pure joy. Breakfast was included and exceeded expectations—plenty of variety, from delicious dim sum (the rice noodle rolls were amazing) to fresh fruits and western options. Staff were attentive and responded instantly to any request—truly hospitality at its finest. Free parking is a big plus, and being just a 5-minute walk from the metro station makes exploring the city effortless. This hotel offers outstanding value for money and a memorable stay. The little 'Cat Corner' play area for kids is seriously thoughtfully designed with a wide variety of safe, engaging toys—my child was thrilled and stayed entertained for hours. As a parent, it was a relief to have some quiet time while they played. Plus, the location is unbeatable—just a 2-5 minute walk to Huashu Station, making commuting super convenient.
