The underfloor heating kept everything cozy and warm throughout our stay, which was perfect after a long day of exploring. What really stood out was the service—our guest coordinator, Xiao Shi, reached out via WeChat the day before arrival to share details about activities and helpful tips. So thoughtful! The hot spring area had both outdoor and indoor pools, and the indoor one was ideal for younger children. Our toddler had a blast splashing around in the gentle warm water.
