I came back to the hotel after check-out and was warmly welcomed by the staff, who immediately reminded me that my luggage had already been brought up to the room. Even more thoughtful, they found and returned a bracelet I’d accidentally left behind—such a kind gesture! This time, my room had a different view, but the layout and furnishings remained exactly as I remembered from my previous stay—comfortable and elegant. I still enjoy my daily visit to the on-site bathhouse, which is the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Nagoya. The sunset at 4:30 PM was absolutely stunning—captured it for you all!

We stayed in a triple room, which was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the soundproofing—some noise from the hallway could be heard, but it didn’t bother us much. The lighting in the room had a slightly yellowish tone, which made the space feel a bit dim, but again, that’s a minor issue when you consider how central and well-connected the hotel is. The complimentary DHC toiletries were a delightful surprise and added a nice touch of luxury. Breakfast wasn’t overly extensive, but the grilled eel rice and ramen were absolutely delicious and worth waking up early for. Stayed here from October 28th to 30th, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese, which made communication super easy—especially helpful for international travelers. They also offered luggage storage, and even promised to bring our bags up once check-in time arrived. That meant we could just walk in directly upon returning in the evening—such a thoughtful touch! We booked the ocean-themed room, which was perfect since we were heading to the aquarium the next day—the vibe matched our trip perfectly. The room itself was well-equipped: induction cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and even a bathtub. Super convenient for self-catering. Location-wise, it's walking distance to the popular Osu Shopping Street, with FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby—great for snacks and essentials. Overall, great value, excellent service, and a very comfortable stay. Definitely my go-to choice for future visits to Nagoya!
