The room was fantastic—clean, modern, and stylish with great attention to detail. I loved how walkable everything was; I could easily grab a delicious lobster roll just a few blocks away and explore the neighborhood on foot. Public transit access is also super convenient. The only downside was parking—since there’s no on-site garage, you have to rely on valet service. Being located right on a busy street with traffic lights, it can be tricky to find space during peak times, and sometimes cars get turned away due to congestion. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and the location more than makes up for it.

I booked this hotel for my child who was attending a one-week training program at Amazon's headquarters. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the office, which made commuting super convenient. I was assigned a room facing the street on arrival, which was quite noisy—definitely not ideal. The space was generous, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well throughout my stay. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight—amazing views of the city, especially at sunset. It’s also just a 15-minute walk from a great variety of restaurants, including one Thai place that stood out for its authentic flavors and reasonable prices. Breakfast was included and surprisingly good—plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and well-prepared. While some facilities showed signs of age, they didn’t detract from the overall experience. Cleanliness, staff friendliness, and the convenient location really made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious and spotlessly clean, with the added bonus of an on-site coin laundry, which is a huge convenience when traveling. The café right next to the hotel serves tasty, affordable meals—perfect for a quick bite without leaving the building. One thing worth noting is that soundproofing could be improved; I could clearly hear footsteps and conversations from the hallway outside my door. That said, it’s a minor issue compared to the overall excellent experience. Great location, top-notch service, and a really comfortable stay. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting downtown Seattle.
