Staying at Ibis Jakarta Senen was a great experience overall! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped—perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and any requests a breeze. Location-wise, it's super convenient with easy access to the city center via subway, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The only minor issue was that the elevator occasionally malfunctioned, but it wasn’t frequent enough to ruin the stay. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I’d definitely consider returning if I come back to Jakarta.

However, there were a few issues during our stay: the gas stove wouldn’t ignite, the Wi-Fi kept dropping, and we experienced two power outages, each lasting around 10 minutes before coming back on. Despite these setbacks, the overall condition of the unit remains strong, and the value for money is solid. It’s a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank.
