Absolutely perfect stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung! The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk (about 450 meters) from Braga Street, making it super convenient for exploring the area on foot. This is my second visit to this hotel in Bandung, and I’m just as impressed as the first time. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The staff are friendly, the room is spacious and well-maintained, and the overall experience is top-notch. That said, I did notice a small issue with the bathroom: water was leaking from the shower area into the toilet space, which was visible in the photos I took. It’s a minor concern, but something worth addressing for future guests. Despite that, I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Upon arrival, I found the staff already gone and the lobby completely empty—there was no one around, making it feel like the hotel had closed down. It's frustrating that the listing remained active without any update, leading me to waste my time and travel. Please make sure listings are regularly checked and updated, especially if a property has ceased operations, so other travelers don't end up facing the same issue.
