Absolutely perfect stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung! The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk (about 450 meters) from Braga Street, making it super convenient for exploring the area on foot. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, even offering us a complimentary room upgrade from a deluxe to a spacious suite—what a lovely surprise! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s ambiance and service made our visit unforgettable. This is my second visit to this hotel in Bandung, and I’m just as impressed as the first time. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The staff are friendly, the room is spacious and well-maintained, and the overall experience is top-notch. That said, I did notice a small issue with the bathroom: water was leaking from the shower area into the toilet space, which was visible in the photos I took. It’s a minor concern, but something worth addressing for future guests. Despite that, I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

While it's technically in the city, getting around can be tricky—public transport isn't nearby, and there aren't many dining options nearby. At night, the area gets very dark with no street lighting, making walking around a bit uncomfortable. The overall experience is average, and considering the location and lack of amenities, the current price point feels a bit high. A rate between IDR 200,000 and 250,000 would be more reasonable given what’s offered. It’s okay for a quick overnight stay if you're just passing through, but not ideal for travelers looking for convenience or family-friendly surroundings.

The on-site Roku Cafe offered delicious food at reasonable prices, similar to what you'd expect from a regular café—great value. The only downside was that the AC in room 622 wasn’t cooling effectively. I’d recommend the management have it serviced soon to improve guest comfort. Despite this small issue, the hotel’s ambiance, cleanliness, and convenient location make it a solid choice for travelers visiting Bandung.
