This was my first stay at Padma Hotel Bandung, and it turned out to be an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we checked in, everything felt special—our Deluxe Room was upgraded to a Premier Room with a balcony, offering a lovely view and extra space. We were also treated to a complimentary afternoon tea, and every item on the menu was delicious—no misses at all! The room itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained down to the smallest detail. Breakfast was outstanding—plenty of choices, all fresh and tasty. Our server, Gilang, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The Adventure Park is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for families with kids—it’s easy to spend hours there without getting bored. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere are top-notch. This hotel offers incredible value and deserves every bit of praise. Highly recommend!

This is my second visit to this hotel in Bandung, and I’m just as impressed as the first time. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The staff are friendly, the room is spacious and well-maintained, and the overall experience is top-notch. That said, I did notice a small issue with the bathroom: water was leaking from the shower area into the toilet space, which was visible in the photos I took. It’s a minor concern, but something worth addressing for future guests. Despite that, I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
