The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, even offering us a complimentary room upgrade from a deluxe to a spacious suite—what a lovely surprise! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s ambiance and service made our visit unforgettable. This is my second visit to this hotel in Bandung, and I’m just as impressed as the first time. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The staff are friendly, the room is spacious and well-maintained, and the overall experience is top-notch. That said, I did notice a small issue with the bathroom: water was leaking from the shower area into the toilet space, which was visible in the photos I took. It’s a minor concern, but something worth addressing for future guests. Despite that, I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Staying at Mercure Bandung City Centre was an absolute delight! The hotel is spotless, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities are top-notch—especially the fitness center and spacious rooms. I loved how central it was, making it easy to explore Bandung on foot or via public transit. The only minor downside is that while the spa is advertised as 24-hour service, it actually closes at 11 PM. That said, this doesn’t take away from the overall fantastic experience. Clean, well-maintained, and great value—definitely a place I’d recommend and return to.
