The stay was excellent! The hotel is spotless and well-maintained, located in a great area near Kopo—super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel welcome. It’s just steps away from restaurants, cafes, and local shops, so we never ran out of things to do. If you're looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay, I’d strongly advise against booking based on the pictures alone—seeing it in person before committing would’ve saved me a lot of frustration.

As always, the staff are friendly and extremely helpful—always going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The room was spotless and had a fresh, pleasant scent. The only minor issue was the hot shower water pressure, which was a bit weak and made some noise, plus there was a slight leak. But overall, it’s a great experience with excellent value for money. Highly recommend staying here!
