We were unable to check in despite having paid in advance, and after waiting over five hours for the staff to arrive—despite being promised they’d send someone—we were left stranded with no communication from the owner. I ended up booking another hotel just to secure a place to stay. Not only did we lose valuable time, but we received absolutely nothing in return for our payment. This was by far the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. We’re hoping for a full refund and urge the management to address these serious issues immediately.
