He refunded our fees on the spot and arranged for all three of our large suitcases to be delivered to the airport the next morning at 5:30 a.m., completely free of charge (our flight was at 10:20 a.m.). We arrived at the airport at 7:25 a.m., and he was already waiting at the counter for over an hour. We were deeply touched by such dedication and care. Japanese hospitality truly lives up to its reputation—attentive, responsible, and heartfelt. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, though not spacious—perfect for two travelers with a packed itinerary.
