The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Mall, with easy access to the MRT station. Getting around the city is super convenient. The suite itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with everything you’d want: fast and reliable WiFi, smart TV, and a separate living area that adds a real sense of comfort and privacy. The rooftop infinity pool on floor 51 is an absolute highlight—sipping a drink while gazing at the iconic Twin Towers is pure magic. It’s also perfect for photos, no filter needed. Staff are friendly and efficient throughout the stay, check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even offer complimentary luggage storage—such a helpful touch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and there’s an amazing variety of dining and shopping options nearby. What really stood out? The air conditioning blasts cold, the shower pressure is excellent, and the bed and pillows were perfect for a good night’s sleep. My only minor concern was a faint pipe noise from room 630—most noticeable when using the restroom, but only happened around 6 AM and not during the night. Since I was just here for one night and everything else was so smooth, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching rooms. Breakfast was decent overall, though the black soy chicken was a bit salty. But honestly, the staff made up for it—always friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. This place offers fantastic value and a comfortable stay, highly recommend!
