Qingdao Zhanqiao Railway Station Manxin Hotel

This was my first visit to Qingdao, and staying at the Manxin Hotel near Zhanqiao Railway Station made all the difference. The location is perfect—right next to a subway station, making it super easy to get around the city. There are convenience stores like 711 nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. The rooftop terrace is an absolute highlight—it’s incredibly photogenic, especially during sunset when the lighting creates stunning shots. I must give a special shoutout to Xiao Jie at the front desk: he went above and beyond with his warm and thoughtful service. He upgraded our room without hesitation, even though we booked a non-breakfast option, and took the time to recommend local activities tailored to our interests.
