I’ve stayed here multiple times, and this visit was truly exceptional. The front desk staff, Miss Zhang Hui, went above and beyond with her warm and attentive service. She was responsive to every request, answered the phone promptly, and listened patiently to my needs—no question was too small. Her genuine care and professionalism made a lasting impression. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service, and I’m already planning my next trip back to Urumqi just to stay here again. A big thank you to Zhang Hui for making our experience unforgettable!
Karlraily Hotel
The hotel's environment is quite pleasant, and the location is convenient. I was told there would be free parking, but when checking out, I was asked to message via WeChat for reimbursement. I sent the details right away while still at the hotel, but never heard back after arriving at my destination—only ended up getting reimbursed for $7.30. It felt a bit unprofessional and left a negative impression despite everything else being great. The rest of the stay was solid, but this part really could use some improvement in communication and follow-up.

My stay at Bailiangye Hotel in Urumqi was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond—especially the front desk team, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. Since we had an afternoon flight, they kindly offered free luggage storage without any hassle, which made our departure so much smoother. Breakfast was simple but fresh—just beef noodles and steamed buns, both prepared on-site daily. I especially enjoyed the hot bowl of beef noodles in the morning; it was comforting, flavorful, and felt like a genuine home-cooked meal. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, the service, convenience, and value made this one of my best hotel experiences in China. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Urumqi.

The room was incredibly spacious—walking in, we were genuinely stunned! The only downside is the lack of windows, but everything else more than makes up for it. We chose this hotel because our kids love swimming, and ended up staying here multiple times during our trip across different cities. The pool is large enough—slightly smaller than a standard pool but still perfect for family fun. Plus, facilities like the sauna are included in the price, which is an incredible value. Our kids were thrilled to swim every day and had so much fun. The hotel is directly next to Meimei 3 Shopping Center, making dining and shopping super convenient. Everything from transportation to amenities felt seamless, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding value and comfort.

They served authentic Xinjiang specialties like hand-pulled noodles, naan bread, and rich, creamy milk tea. It felt like a true taste of local culture. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality; every interaction felt warm and genuine. Located right on the main city thoroughfare, it’s incredibly convenient for getting around. Just a short walk from the hotel, you’ll find bus stops and a metro station, making travel within the city a breeze. It’s also close to parks, hospitals, a science museum, and a lively food street—perfect for exploring without needing to go far. The airport is just a 20-minute drive away, which is super helpful if you're traveling. The buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding—huge variety, excellent quality, and fresh ingredients across multiple cuisines. And let’s not forget the indoor pool! If you’re in the mood to relax or work out without leaving the hotel, this is the ideal spot. Overall, an exceptional experience that exceeded expectations. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel and plan to return soon.

Although check-in was busy and the lobby was full of guests, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—they asked us to take a seat while they attended to others. When it was our turn, the agent was calm, patient, and explained every detail clearly with genuine care. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything I needed. Around midday, just before check-out, a staff member passed by and kindly asked if I needed a tote bag to carry my belongings—such a thoughtful touch! Even though the rate was slightly higher than other options I’d seen, the service quality made it totally worth it. They even gave me some great local food recommendations, and my friends and I went out for dinner that night—delicious and authentic.
