We loved having access to the beautiful garden and pool area throughout our stay—it was peaceful, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding. Throughout the day, hot tea and coffee were always available when we needed them, which felt like such a thoughtful gesture. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic in sharing recommendations and ideas for exploring Joburg and the surrounding areas. Thanks to their guidance, we discovered hidden gems, enjoyed memorable outings, and even met our son’s friends during our visit. What stood out most was how easy it was to reconnect with them each evening—just a few friendly chats about our day made the whole trip feel personal and comforting. Our team attended a lubrication engineering course at CedarWoods of Sandton from February 19 to 23, 2024, and the entire experience was outstanding. The venue offered a comfortable and professional environment with excellent facilities, making it ideal for training sessions. The food was fantastic—especially the lunches, which were both delicious and well-prepared, keeping everyone energized throughout the week. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. From check-in to daily support, their dedication made a real difference. All delegates left feeling satisfied and well taken care of. It’s clear this hotel truly values guest experience, and we’ll definitely consider returning for future events.

The location is decent and close to public transit, but the overall atmosphere and treatment of guests were far from comfortable or respectful. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Avoid at all costs.
