This is already my third stay at Plutarco Suites, and I can confidently say I won’t be booking anywhere else in Mexico City. The place is immaculately clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transit. The air conditioning works flawlessly, hot water is always available, and every detail feels thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear that attention to comfort and cleanliness is a top priority here. I had a truly frightening experience during my stay. The front desk staff, Javier, made inappropriate advances and entered my room without permission. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely unsafe and deeply unsettled. This behavior was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this property under any circumstances.
