It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links.
