This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We stayed in a spacious King Superior room that easily accommodated our family of four thanks to the comfortable sofa bed. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: the 6 train station is just one block away, and other transit options are within walking distance. The rooftop pool offers stunning views of the Empire State Building—perfect for relaxing with a drink or snapping some great photos. The rooftop bar and restaurant have pricey cocktails, but their happy hour specials are worth checking out. One thing to note: children are required to leave by 6 PM, which wasn’t clear before booking, so keep that in mind when planning your stay. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I’d definitely return.

Columbus Circle is within walking distance, offering amazing Italian, Thai, and Japanese restaurants, plus Whole Foods with an impressive selection of fresh fruits and healthy options. Don’t miss the rooftop bar—sweeping views of the park, great cocktails, and a lively atmosphere. Just make sure to book ahead. And if you love shopping, Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom are both just a 5-minute stroll away. This is definitely a hotel I’ll return to again and again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything. One thing to avoid: the Margarita package offered through the platform felt unnecessary and overpriced—definitely not worth it. Also noticed the elevator touchscreens didn’t respond properly when touched, but that was a minor glitch. Despite those small issues, the location, vibe, and service made up for it. I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m back in NYC.
