One thing to avoid: the Margarita package offered through the platform felt unnecessary and overpriced—definitely not worth it. Also noticed the elevator touchscreens didn’t respond properly when touched, but that was a minor glitch. Despite those small issues, the location, vibe, and service made up for it. I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m back in NYC.

That’s seriously impressive value. The hotel is perfectly located on a bustling street full of other hotels, just steps away from the main action in Times Square. Even late at night (after 10 PM), there were plenty of people around, and while I did see some unhoused individuals during the day, I never saw anything concerning—no scary encounters or safety issues. Overall, it felt secure and well-connected. One small note: there’s a nearby spice shop downstairs with strong aromas, but honestly, you get used to the bold flavors everywhere in NYC. It didn’t affect my stay at all. If you’re visiting New York, this hotel is definitely worth considering for its great location, excellent service, and fantastic perks.
