The on-site dining options were excellent—especially the breakfast, which offered a great variety and delicious quality. The staff went above and beyond with their warm and attentive service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite being located in a bustling area, the hotel itself felt peaceful and quiet, offering a nice retreat from the city’s noise—a real 'calm in the chaos.' The only minor downside is that getting around requires a short taxi ride from the front door, as public transport access isn’t the most convenient nearby. But honestly, everything else more than makes up for it. With such a welcoming atmosphere, clean rooms, and fantastic value, this place is highly recommended. A little lower price would have made it perfect!

The front desk is manned 24/7, which gives you peace of mind no matter when you arrive or depart. The neighborhood feels safe and residential, yet still close to everything you need. I’d definitely book here again—highly recommend!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and always willing to help—truly exceptional service. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had a great sense of space. Located just a 2-minute walk from the Messe/Deutz stop, it's super convenient for getting around the city or heading to Köln Lanxess Arena in about 6 minutes on foot. I’d definitely book again next time I’m in Cologne. A fantastic stay overall—highly recommend!
