Had an absolutely fantastic stay at ss Rotterdam by WestCord! The room was immaculately clean, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling and ready to assist. The fitness center was top-notch—well-equipped and clean, perfect for keeping up with a workout routine. Breakfast was also impressive: fresh, varied, and delicious. The only minor inconvenience is that the elevator is located on the left wing, requiring a short walk with luggage upon arrival. Despite this small detail, the overall experience was excellent. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff are friendly, and the location is ideal for exploring Rotterdam. A solid choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

I booked a room and paid in advance, but unfortunately had to miss the check-in due to unexpected work delays. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund as the deadline had passed, but I’d really appreciate receiving a discount voucher for a future stay—just a small token of goodwill would go a long way! That said, the hotel’s communication throughout the process was excellent. The staff were responsive, professional, and helpful, which made the whole experience much more positive despite the hiccup. I’m definitely considering returning, especially since the location is great—close to public transit and downtown Rotterdam. A solid choice for anyone visiting the city.
