Staying at Victor Gallery Hotel & Spa was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot or by metro. The room was beautifully designed with a modern artistic touch, clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, especially the bed—great sleep quality throughout the night. The staff went above and beyond with warm, genuine hospitality; they were always ready to help with recommendations or just a friendly smile. I particularly loved the spa—it’s peaceful, well-maintained, and the treatments were top-notch. It’s rare to find such a high level of comfort, elegance, and service in one place. Stayed at Hanoi Center Silk Classic Hotel & Travel for nearly a week, using it as a base to explore nearby destinations. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, making every return feel special. I booked several excursions through the hotel, and each one was fantastic—especially the 4-day Halong Bay trip, which felt like pure luxury. Ninh Binh was busy on our day trip, but the scenery and experience made it totally worth it. Sapa was breathtaking, and when we had an issue with our bus, the hotel team stepped in quickly and helped resolve everything seamlessly. What stood out even more was that all tours offered vegan-friendly options, which was a huge plus for us. The hotel’s location is excellent—central and easy to get around from. They also upgraded us whenever possible, adding extra comfort to our stay. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and I’d absolutely return the next time I’m in Hanoi.

Staying at Silk Queen Grand Hotel was an absolute delight, especially thanks to Anna Kate and Jacky—two incredibly attentive and friendly staff members who made our trip unforgettable. Our first stay in Hanoi was at Anise Hotel, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a calm and comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet stood out as one of the best we've experienced—fresh, diverse, and full of authentic local flavors, especially the Vietnamese coffee and traditional pastries. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. From recommendations to transportation tips, they provided excellent guidance. The location is convenient for getting around, and the overall vibe of the hotel feels peaceful yet connected to the heart of Hanoi. What really stood out was the value—this hotel delivers a luxury experience without the luxury price tag. Whether you're here for sightseeing, dining, or just relaxing, Skylark Hotel is an ideal base. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Hanoi!

The hotel is a bit older, but it’s incredibly clean and well-maintained. Located right in the heart of the bustling city, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room tucked away in the back alley—completely quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The bathtub was a real highlight; soaking in warm water really helped ease travel fatigue. Despite its age, the property feels cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff and great value for money. It’s an ideal spot if you want to be close to all the action but still enjoy a calm retreat. Plus, getting around town via metro is super convenient. Definitely worth staying at if you're looking for a central yet tranquil base in Hanoi.

Every time I visit Hanoi, I always choose Muong Thanh Grand Hanoi Centre—it’s my go-to for convenience and comfort. The location is excellent, just a short walk from metro stations and surrounded by great local restaurants and shops. I especially appreciated the staff member named Thai Anh—so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to assist with recommendations and travel tips, making my trip much smoother. Staying at Bonne Nuit Hotel & Spa Hanoi was an absolute delight. The location is fantastic—just a short metro ride from the city center, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I loved how easy it was to get around without needing a car. The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. What really stood out was the incredible value—affordable pricing without compromising on quality or service. The spa facilities were a game-changer; I spent a relaxing afternoon unwinding with a massage and soaking in the hot tub. It felt like a true retreat right in the heart of Hanoi. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-located stay with great vibes and no surprises, this hotel is a must-book. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Phoenix Palace Hotel Hanoi was an absolute delight! The hotel is just a short walk from the iconic Hanoi Cathedral, making it super convenient to explore the historic area on foot. Wandering through the old quarter’s narrow alleyways felt like stepping back in time—authentic and full of charm. The hotel sits right across from a major local hospital, so there’s always plenty of activity around, which adds to the vibrant atmosphere. I noticed many international travelers here too, giving it a cosmopolitan vibe. The rooms were spotless, with excellent cleanliness throughout. Breakfast was satisfying and well-prepared, offering a good mix of local and Western options. Everything about this stay—from location to service—was top-notch. If you're looking for a central, comfortable, and authentic Hanoi experience, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!

The only redeeming factor was the central location, but beyond that, there wasn't much to recommend. The property felt extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The room had a strong musty smell, almost like urine, and our bathroom flooded due to a faulty bidet—housekeeping wasn’t available until the next day to fix it. Both showers were covered in mold, and the water pressure was inconsistent, causing water to spill outside the shower area. We were promised a basketball hoop for fun, but it was lying on the floor and completely non-functional. The pool, which was actually the main reason we booked, was underwhelming and didn’t meet expectations. I never felt comfortable throughout the stay—I even wore slippers all the time because the floors felt dirty. The bed linens had visible stains, and again, we had to wait until the next day for replacement since housekeeping had already left. If you're okay with hostel-level standards and don’t mind paying premium prices for a subpar experience, then maybe this is an option. But personally, we won’t be recommending it to anyone.

Staying at Hanoi l'Heritage Centre Hotel & Spa was an absolute delight. We booked two suites, both with windows and one featuring a proper balcony—though the rainy weather and high pollution levels limited outdoor use, the rooms themselves were spacious, well-lit, and incredibly comfortable. The location is unbeatable—within a 5 to 10-minute walk or ride to many major attractions, making sightseeing effortless. I worked remotely for two full days in my room, and the Wi-Fi connection was rock-solid, allowing me to stay productive without any interruptions. Breakfast on the top floor was a highlight—plenty of options, fresh ingredients, and panoramic views of the city that made every morning feel special. The staff truly stood out, especially the two young guys at the entrance who were consistently friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to assist with everything from luggage to local recommendations. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. This hotel offers excellent value and service—definitely a place I’d return to without hesitation.
