The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality, always friendly and attentive. The pool view? Absolutely breathtaking. With panoramic vistas over the caldera, it’s perfect for sunset moments—no filters needed for photos. Breakfast was a semi-buffet style, and you could freely order fresh eggs, sausages, and other items—super convenient and delicious. It's true that the hotel is a bit far from Fira if you’re relying on public transport, but if you rent a car (which I highly recommend), it’s totally worth it. Breakfast was spectacular: fresh bread, pastries, desserts, eggs, fruit, milk, coffee, and orange juice—all available in generous portions. We ordered it to be brought up to our balcony, and eating breakfast with the sea breeze and panoramic views was unforgettable. The front desk team went above and beyond—they helped us book a taxi, exchange coins, and even guided us to a friend’s room. I can’t recommend this place enough.
