聖馬可華麗公寓酒店真的令人非常失望。從水巴到酒店的指引根本唔夠用，我們搭陸路渡輪到埗後完全迷失方向，走咗兩小時都未找到入去，期間聯絡酒店多次求助，結果佢哋竟然話『谷歌地圖在威尼斯不准』，但之前又叫我們用谷歌地圖查地址！最離譜係入住兩日後先有人主動問我哋有無問題，原來係因為房間有床蟲！全家人身上都出現紅腫痕跡，我拍咗照片同網上床蟲咬痕作對比，酒店竟回覆話『只係蚊叮』，完全唔理會問題嚴重性。我哋要求立即停租並徹底清潔，但一直無人理會。呢間酒店真係唔建議入住，尤其係住套房2號，環境差、服務差，性價比低到極點，要避開！」},{
