Staying at Crowne Plaza Perth was an absolute highlight of my trip. Located right on the Swan River, my room faced the water, offering breathtaking views that I could enjoy every morning and evening. The hotel itself is well-maintained with a modern, welcoming vibe, and staff were attentive without being intrusive. It's just a short walk to the city center and public transit options are super convenient. This place truly delivers on comfort, location, and value—definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Perth.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Red CAT bus stop on King Street (about 94 meters away), and it's also within easy reach of Perth Underground Station (290m) and Perth Station (650m). I arrived early at 8 AM and was able to check in ahead of schedule thanks to my Accor membership. The check-in process was smooth, and I was able to enter my room right after settling the deposit. I stayed for three nights—using a credit or debit card, we only needed to pay AUD 300 upfront, but since my friend and I paid in cash, we handed over AUD 500, which was fully refunded upon checkout before 11 AM. There’s also a great local kebab spot nearby, perfect for a quick bite. The only downsides are that the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes due to their plastic reduction policy, so bring your own. Also, there’s a nightclub directly across from the hotel, so if your room faces the main road, you might hear some weekend noise—but it wasn’t loud enough to disrupt sleep. My friend and I slept comfortably throughout our stay. Overall, this is a solid choice with great convenience and value.

Getting here from Perth Train Station is hassle-free: just hop on the free Yellow CAT Perth City bus right outside the station. Cross the road, turn right, ride two stops, and it’s just a short walk to the hotel. Buses run every 10 to 15 minutes, making transfers smooth and convenient. On the return trip, the pickup point is directly opposite the hotel, clearly marked and easy to find. Plus, the lobby features complimentary refreshments and a water dispenser—always nice to have when you’re on the go. Overall, this was an outstanding stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches, everything felt well thought out. If you're visiting Perth, this is a top choice for comfort, convenience, and value.

Great location, great value, and a very comfortable stay overall.

One thing to note is that breakfast isn’t included, but there’s a solid Western-style café just downstairs offering good-quality burgers and coffee at reasonable prices—perfect for a quick morning bite. Also worth mentioning: the hotel closes at 6 PM, so guests need to carry their key to exit and re-enter afterward. It’s a small inconvenience, but manageable if you’re prepared. All in all, the location, cleanliness, and value make this a strong choice for travelers visiting Perth. I’d definitely stay here again.

It felt less like a hotel and more like a home away from home. That said, the room is a bit tight for two guests, and there’s only one power outlet, so if you're traveling with a partner or have multiple devices, bring an extension cord.
