Staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Amanda, who checked me in, went above and beyond with her warm and attentive service—she even upgraded me to a Langley Park View Suite, which was such a delightful surprise. The executive lounge offers breathtaking views of Elizabeth Quay, especially during sunset and evening hours when the city lights come alive. The dinner and evening desserts were exceptional—elegant, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The room itself is stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a 180-degree view of the skyline that’s simply mesmerizing at night. And don’t get me started on the rooftop infinity pool—floating above the city while overlooking the waterfront is pure luxury. Every detail, from the impeccable staff to the thoughtful touches throughout the property, made this stay truly special. It exceeded all my expectations, and I can’t wait to return.

The hotel lobby has a refreshing scent that immediately sets a welcoming tone, and the room itself is generously spacious—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to assist us with every request, always with patience and a smile. Getting here from Perth Train Station is hassle-free: just hop on the free Yellow CAT Perth City bus right outside the station. Cross the road, turn right, ride two stops, and it’s just a short walk to the hotel. Buses run every 10 to 15 minutes, making transfers smooth and convenient. On the return trip, the pickup point is directly opposite the hotel, clearly marked and easy to find. Plus, the lobby features complimentary refreshments and a water dispenser—always nice to have when you’re on the go. Overall, this was an outstanding stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches, everything felt well thought out. If you're visiting Perth, this is a top choice for comfort, convenience, and value.

I actually checked out another place nearby, but honestly, Wallaby Backpackers felt more welcoming and better managed overall. With the great vibe, friendly staff, and excellent value, I’ve already booked my return stay for two more nights.
