The front desk staff were friendly and spoke fluent Chinese, making check-in smooth and welcoming—no distinction between domestic and international guests, which I truly appreciated. Since I had already paid in advance through the platform, no deposit was required at check-in. Bonus: I got a free bottle of wine as a birthday treat, but make sure to mention your special day when booking! The room itself is well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, desk, chairs, and a RO water purifier. All the essentials are here—dishes, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion… no need to pack extra. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. For the price, this place offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Hong Kong.
