Overall, the hotel’s location is excellent—right next to a shopping mall, so everything you need is just a short walk away. The final room we were assigned had a beautiful ocean view, and the natural light and scenery made it well worth the wait. Despite the initial hiccups, the team’s responsiveness and the quality of the stay made up for it. Definitely a place I’d consider returning to on future visits to Hong Kong.
