Absolutely unforgettable! We were completely blown away by the experience. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I asked to swap mashed potatoes for cheese spaetzle, and they made it happen without any hassle. It’s clear this place goes the extra mile to make guests feel special. We only came for dinner, but the entire atmosphere, food quality, and hospitality left us utterly impressed. A perfect blend of warmth and excellence. Hotel Mautner Airport Und Messehotel
The hotel's location is convenient for airport transfers, but the actual stay was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, I noticed three overflowing trash bins right in front of the main entrance. The hallway leading to my room was cluttered with laundry and plastic bags—still there at 3 PM! The curtains were torn, the carpet was stained beyond recognition, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. Despite being listed as including breakfast on the platform, no breakfast was provided. The front desk was completely unstaffed, leaving me without any assistance. After just one hour, I decided to check out immediately—it was unbearable. This place is not worth even one star. Avoid at all costs.
