Yes, English-speaking staff were limited—something I experienced throughout Tulum—but it wasn’t unique to this property. We were so glad we stayed here! The hotel is perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk to the main street and only 10 minutes from the ADO bus station. There’s also a Colectivo stop within a 5-minute stroll, making local transport super convenient. The host was incredibly friendly and always available with helpful tips about the area. Thanks to them, we discovered some amazing hidden restaurants and even found a few lesser-known cenotes that were absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and kept immaculately clean. The pool is large enough for a few laps, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only downside is that the streets get quite dark at night, which can feel a bit unsafe if you're not near the main strip. But honestly, this is common in Tulum when staying off the central area—there’s not much the hotel can do about it. Overall, an excellent stay with great value and charm. Definitely coming back.
