One thing worth noting is that there’s a club next door that plays music throughout the day and into the night, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We could hear it faintly when settling in for bed, but it was more like a distant hum than an interruption. For us, it added a bit of local atmosphere rather than a disturbance. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet vibrant getaway with great hospitality and unbeatable location, this place is a must-visit.

The manager, Guillermo, went above and beyond—he took time to help me check bus and train schedules, even stored some of my belongings while I visited another city for a few days before returning for my last night in Tulum. I also loved the on-site café; the coffee was rich and aromatic, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. This place truly stood out for its warmth, convenience, and attention to detail. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.

The location is ideal: just a short walk to the main street leading into Tulum, and there’s a supermarket nearby for essentials. Everything you need is within reach, making it super convenient for exploring the area. This place offers such great value and charm—definitely a highlight of our trip, and we’d happily return.

But what truly sets this place apart is the staff—their warm, attentive service is second to none. Special thanks to Elíseo, Christian, Felipe, Manuel, and the entire team for making our experience so memorable. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. The beach is just a 5km drive away, where you can enjoy some of the most popular beach clubs in the area.
