We traveled with five people and booked two rooms through a platform in advance. Upon arrival in the morning, our reserved rooms hadn’t been vacated yet, so we had to wait a bit before checking in. However, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful—she upgraded us to better rooms at no extra cost and processed our check-in quickly and smoothly. A big thank you to her! This was our first time visiting Sanya, and we were happy to find halal dining options nearby. The beach is just a short walk away, making the location super convenient. Everything about the stay felt relaxed and well-organized, and the value for money was excellent. Definitely a place I’d recommend.

There are three buildings in total, and I was assigned to the main building (the four-star section), likely because it wasn't peak season. The only minor downside is that my room didn’t have a balcony, but overall, the condition of the place is excellent. The rooms come with bathrobes, slippers, beach towels, and all the standard toiletries like shampoo and toothpaste. Housekeeping is top-notch—everything used is removed daily, and towels are changed regularly. Breakfast is an extra 58 CNY, but totally worth it: huge variety with both Western and Chinese options. The hotel isn’t brand new, but everything is in great working order. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away—perfect for morning strolls or sunset views. The pool is located in the adjacent five-star branch building, open from 10 AM to 10 PM, which makes it easy to unwind after a long day. I was really happy with the entire experience—great value, friendly staff, and a relaxing stay. Definitely planning to return.

He never seemed stressed or annoyed—just warm and welcoming. That said, there’s one small issue: during my one-night stay, I found that several lockers were being monopolized by another guest, leaving me with no space to store my belongings. I had to put everything on the floor, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if house rules around shared storage were clearer or enforced more consistently. Overall, though, the location, atmosphere, and personal touch from the host make this place stand out. The vibe is authentic, cozy, and full of heart. Definitely worth returning to.
