The staff were incredible—from the guest relations manager Dora, who proactively checked in about my room type and arrival details, to the front desk team who made me feel genuinely valued. Their warmth and attention to detail made the whole experience feel personal and special. Every aspect of this resort, from the stunning views to the exceptional service, exceeded my expectations. The room was excellent—clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Even though the hotel has been around for a while, the overall environment is well-maintained and peaceful. The indoor heated pool was a big hit with my kids; they spent two full days splashing around and had a blast. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety—perfect for a family morning. Special shout-out to front desk staff Xiao Zheng, who was incredibly kind and attentive, especially with our little one. And the housekeeping staff, Auntie Li, went above and beyond by bringing a baby-sized towel when we headed to the pool—such a thoughtful touch! From service to ambiance, this place feels welcoming and safe for families. Great value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for parents traveling with young children.

Stayed at the 16th floor family room from December 31st to January 2nd for New Year’s celebration — what an amazing experience! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet with no musty smell, featuring a huge double bed and a single bed that made sleeping super comfortable. Though there’s no balcony, the view from the window was stunning — distant mountains, city streets, and a glimpse of Dadaohai Bay all in one frame. The bathtub was large and spotless, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. The on-site restaurant on the 5th floor served breakfast from 7 AM to 1:30 PM, offering an incredible variety — everything from local Chinese dishes to Western options, fresh fruits, desserts, coffee, and juices. Dining on the open-air terrace was a highlight; enjoying morning meals while watching the beach and sea breeze was pure bliss. There was also a cute photo booth area near the entrance where guests could try on traditional Hanfu or Tang-style outfits — great fun for families and Instagram lovers alike. The 6th floor features a stylish infinity pool that’s definitely Instagram-worthy, plus a well-equipped gym. Free shuttle service to Dadaohai Beach is available, but it’s just a 5-minute walk too — super convenient. Right across from the lobby is Da Boluo Mall, and don’t miss the must-try Zuo Po Chou hotpot on the 3rd floor — spicy, sour, and unforgettable. When I needed a late check-out due to personal reasons, the front desk staff member named Wenmingyi went above and beyond to help me extend by two hours. Her kindness and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. 10/10 experience!

Breakfast was an absolute highlight—huge variety, excellent quality, and something for everyone, whether you're into traditional local dishes or international favorites. The staff in the dining area were incredibly attentive and friendly, especially Wei Xiuli, who kindly pointed out different menu items and cleared our table promptly. Also, kudos to Room Service Staff #6 for their timely cleaning and thoughtful attention to detail—they brought exactly what we needed without being asked. This hotel delivers an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning.

住咗呢間寶宏尚海華廷精品酒店，整體體驗真係好滿意！每日都有人清潔房間，唔使特別提醒都做得好好，服務態度真係讚。雖然傢俬可以再更新啲，但其他方面都幾理想。期間遇到颱風，海水唔宜遊泳，但酒店嘅泳池就方便到爆，而且只屬於本酒店，住對面寶宏酒店嘅朋友就要過馬路先到，真係好方便。早餐冇食，不過好似中國普遍都唔太重視早餐，早上可以去麥當勞解決下。最開心係酒店有中文、俄文標示，連菜單都有，對俄國旅客超友好，而島上其餘地方幾乎無人識俄文，英文亦未必夠用。至於沙灘，其實係個小圍欄區，想自由游泳建議去三亞灣。另外可以順道去猴海衝浪村（用滴滴打車輸入「候海衝浪基地」就好），好玩又真實。出發前記得設定好阿里支付同微信支付，用本地銀行卡綁定就好。最後要特別讚一讚前台小姐，超有禮貌又主動幫忙，我寄咗幾個來自淘寶同拼多多嘅包裹，有次快遞員唔知點解一直打我電話，我就叫前台幫我講清楚地址，結果即刻解決，真係救急！」},{
