The location is perfect—close to public transit and just steps from the beach. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking, and the entire stay felt seamless and relaxing. If I'm ever back in Sanya, this will be my first choice again.

Special shout-out to front desk staff Xiao Zheng, who was incredibly kind and attentive, especially with our little one. And the housekeeping staff, Auntie Li, went above and beyond by bringing a baby-sized towel when we headed to the pool—such a thoughtful touch! I especially appreciated the self-service laundry—super convenient for longer stays. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The location is ideal if you're attending events nearby—the venue is just a short ride away, and it's also close to the beach. It’s a bit farther from the duty-free shopping area, but that didn’t bother me at all. Overall, an excellent stay with top-notch comfort and value. Would definitely come back!

Service was exceptional, easily deserving five stars. After booking, a guest concierge reached out via WeChat, and upon arrival, Lydia warmly welcomed me. My original request for a sea-view room was upgraded—likely due to my Marriott Bonvoy Platinum status—and I appreciated the seamless communication throughout my stay. No need to call; everything was handled instantly through WeChat, making it incredibly convenient. While the hotel isn’t brand new, it maintains the high standards expected from a JW Marriott property. The pool is spacious and beautifully designed, with complimentary refreshments available during daytime lounging. Breakfast was outstanding—offering a wide variety of dishes and staying open until 11 AM. I highly recommend trying the Hòu’ān rice noodles—they were delicious and authentic. As a resort-style getaway, the views and overall experience truly shine. It’s hard to put into words just how relaxing and immersive it felt, but trust me, pictures don’t do it justice. I’d definitely return with my family in the near future—this place is perfect for a memorable vacation.

住咗呢間寶宏尚海華廷精品酒店，整體體驗真係好滿意！每日都有人清潔房間，唔使特別提醒都做得好好，服務態度真係讚。雖然傢俬可以再更新啲，但其他方面都幾理想。期間遇到颱風，海水唔宜遊泳，但酒店嘅泳池就方便到爆，而且只屬於本酒店，住對面寶宏酒店嘅朋友就要過馬路先到，真係好方便。早餐冇食，不過好似中國普遍都唔太重視早餐，早上可以去麥當勞解決下。最開心係酒店有中文、俄文標示，連菜單都有，對俄國旅客超友好，而島上其餘地方幾乎無人識俄文，英文亦未必夠用。至於沙灘，其實係個小圍欄區，想自由游泳建議去三亞灣。另外可以順道去猴海衝浪村（用滴滴打車輸入「候海衝浪基地」就好），好玩又真實。出發前記得設定好阿里支付同微信支付，用本地銀行卡綁定就好。最後要特別讚一讚前台小姐，超有禮貌又主動幫忙，我寄咗幾個來自淘寶同拼多多嘅包裹，有次快遞員唔知點解一直打我電話，我就叫前台幫我講清楚地址，結果即刻解決，真係救急！」},{

I usually avoid male masseurs, but Bill’s technique was exceptional—he asked detailed questions about my body condition, used traditional Chinese medicine principles, and significantly eased my neck stiffness. The hotel itself has a beautiful Balinese-inspired design with a real sense of style. It directly overlooks Xiaodonghai Beach, so we could walk straight into the sea. The pool area is stunning and peaceful. Our ocean-view room had a private balcony with breathtaking views—this morning, I even caught a sunrise while heading to the bathroom (what luck!). Breakfast was more extensive than most reviews suggest—while not mind-blowing in flavor, everything was fresh and varied, definitely not bad at all.
