It felt really risky and made me uneasy about potential fraud or misuse. While everything turned out fine, I’d strongly recommend the team reconsider this practice for guest safety and peace of mind.

I really appreciated the shared coffee station; my friend and I even brought over some extra supplies to make it more comfortable. Our room was surprisingly big, super clean, and the beds were neatly made with fresh linens and blankets—always a plus! The two small couches were incredibly cozy and stylish. The shower was an absolute highlight—huge and well-designed, with a round nozzle that sprayed water evenly across your body instead of concentrating in one spot. That made for a truly refreshing experience. One thing worth mentioning is that only one downstairs bathroom was functional, which could be inconvenient if someone using crutches, a wheelchair, or an elderly guest needed access. Waiting for the other person to finish could cause delays, and balance issues with holding bowls can be tough. A small bottle of hand sanitizer near the bathroom would have been a helpful addition—understanding the hygiene concerns around soap, but a quick disinfectant option would still be useful. Overall, this place offered comfort, charm, and great value. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting San Diego.

The front desk staff went above and beyond—when I realized I left my watch in the room after check-out, they immediately reissued my key card so I could retrieve it without any hassle. The room itself was brand new, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just a short walk to the waterfront area with great views and plenty of scenic spots to explore. Santa Fe Depot is literally right around the corner, making train trips to Irvine super convenient. Being in downtown San Diego means getting around is easy—whether taking an Uber or hopping on the Trolley, everything is within reach. This hotel offers excellent value, top-notch service, and unbeatable convenience. I’ll definitely be back!
