Luggage storage was super convenient, and every team member I interacted with—mostly white and Hispanic staff—spoke excellent English and showed patience and kindness throughout. It’s clear this hotel values guest experience. We had a wonderful family getaway here, and it’s definitely one of those stays we’d return to. The rooms are modern and spotless, and I loved that each floor only has a handful of units—feels quiet and private. There are two guest elevators and one staff-only elevator, all spacious and well-maintained. What really stood out? I was able to check in as early as 2:30 PM, even though the official check-in time was 4 PM. When I mentioned I’d be leaving at 10 PM, they kindly extended my checkout to 11 PM with zero hassle. That kind of flexibility and warm hospitality makes all the difference. The attention to detail, combined with the prime location and sleek design, makes this hotel a top pick for any future trip to NYC. Definitely booking here again!
