Christian then gave us a personal room tour, explained every amenity in detail, and made sure we felt completely at ease. As soon as we entered our suite, we were greeted with a beautifully arranged dining table: a bottle of wine, fresh fruit basket, a platter of local nuts, and exclusive UK teas and cookies. The housekeeping team went above and beyond—twice daily cleanings, morning tidy-ups, evening slippers and water bottles placed on the nightstand, even washing our dishes left in the sink! It was more than service—it felt like being spoiled. We didn’t want to leave the hotel, it was that cozy and comforting. The only minor issue occurred on checkout day—after leaving our luggage at reception (which is located outside the main building)—we returned to collect it only to find the front desk closed. It took nearly 20 minutes of waiting and a phone call before staff arrived to open up. With airport transfer plans tight, this delay was stressful, but not enough to overshadow the overall fantastic experience. The location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities make this a top choice for any visitor to London.
