The room I stayed in was a spacious studio (around 20–30 sqm), well-equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, microwave, and a fully functional kitchen—great for longer stays or families wanting to cook their own meals. The design is modern and minimalist: light-colored walls, tasteful greenery accents, and excellent natural lighting. Some units even have a small balcony offering quiet views of the lively Lisbon streets below. Cleanliness was top-notch—the bedding was fresh and odor-free, and the bathroom was spotless. The only minor note was slightly low water pressure, but that didn’t detract from the overall experience. For the location, comfort, and value, this place deserves every bit of its perfect score. Throughout the large park area, I kept seeing trash on the ground and laundry bags left uncollected—indicating poor housekeeping. The pool is closed off and strictly no pets allowed, which made it impossible to enjoy the indoor terrace with my dog, whom I couldn’t leave alone. The mini-market offers limited options, high prices, and terrible service. The second restaurant and bar were shut down entirely. Overall, the site has potential with decent layout and location, but it’s severely under-maintained and poorly managed. It’s a shame that such a place isn’t given the attention it deserves.
