Housekeeping collected my used towels but forgot to bring clean ones—had to ask at reception to fix it. Shower gel and shampoo in individual bottles were empty and never refilled. The tap was in poor condition, causing water to spill over when turned on, and the shower had no curtain, leaving the entire bathroom soaked every time. Also, there was no fridge in the room. Despite these flaws, I’d still say this place offers good value compared to other options in Varanasi. If you’re prepared for minor inconveniences and don’t mind a few rough edges, it’s worth considering.
