Before arrival, the front office manager, Rosa Sun, reached out via email to confirm my preferences. Her replies were prompt, personalized, and clearly tailored to my needs—not a generic template. It was evident she read and remembered everything I’d mentioned, and those details were actually delivered during my stay, which made me feel genuinely valued.
Walking into the room was an instant delight. Cissy Jiang had hand-drawn a sweet little illustration of Chiqui Titi with a warm, heartfelt note—far from a standard welcome card. It felt personal, meaningful, and full of care. Nemo from housekeeping also contributed to the room’s thoughtful touches, with small but intentional details that showed real attention to detail. The ambiance wasn’t just clean or stylish—it felt curated, like it was made especially for me.
Throughout my stay, staff members greeted me naturally as I moved around the hotel. Their tone was friendly but not over-the-top—no forced smiles or scripted lines.
